Open enrollment for individuals and families under age 65 last from November 1st 2023 - January 15th 2024.

Applications submitted during Open Enrollment by December 15th will begin on January 1st 2024.

Applications submitted during Open Enrollment from December 16th - January 15th will begin on February 1st 2024.
